FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out radioisotope determination of gastric evacuation process. Simultaneously with radioactivity above output gastric department one should register radioactivity above initial duodenal segment at time constant being 3 sec. At simultaneous detection of physical fluctuations of different duration at radioactivity curves above stomach and duodenum one should determine the presence of secure gastroduodenal coordination. At not simultaneous detection of mentioned physical fluctuations and/or their similar duration it is possible to detect disorder of gastroduodenal coordination.
