FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: due to direct registration of electric activity and intracavitary pressure during the first 4 d one should detect the following diagnostically valuable parameters: 1) tachygastria on the 2nd d, 2) tachygastria on the 4th d, 3) nonperiodical organization of gastric electric activity manifesting in the absence of migrating myoelectric complex on the 2nd d, 4) nonperiodical organization of gastric electric activity on the 4th d, 5) below 85% slow electric waves of normal duration on the 4th d, 6) below 85% coordinated slow electric waves on the 4th d, 7) average wave amplitude of intragastral pressure being below 8 mm mercury column on the 4th d. Each of them has corresponding value, such as 6.5; 4; 7.5; 6; 3.5; 5; 10 to detect integral coefficient of gastroparesis severity degree as the sum of coefficients of detected diagnostically valuable parameters. At gastroparesis severity degree value being above 29 one should detect the presence of gastroparesis of high severity degree. At its values being 14-28 gastroparesis of average severity degree and at the value below 14 gastroparesis of moderate severity degree could be diagnosed. EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics. 3 ex, 2 tbl
