FIELD: medicine, immunotherapy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vaccine showing effectiveness for inhibition of cerebrospinal sclerosis, method for inducing immune response. Invention involves vaccine containing attenuated T-cells grown in the presence of myelin proteins, in part, in the presence of bovine proteins. In preferable variant of invention vaccine comprises attenuated T-cells prepared by culturing autological circulating mononuclear cells in the presence of bovine total myelin proteins by selection and multiplication of T-cells with immune response for myelin proteins and attenuation of cells by irradiation. The advantage of invention involves the development of effective nontoxic agent for treatment of patients with primary or secondary cerebrospinal sclerosis. EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of vaccine. 18 cl, 14 dwg, 1 ex
