FIELD: separation of multi- component media; separation of air and hydraulic mixtures from gaseous, liquid and solid components of different density; cleaning surrounding medium from industrial effluents. SUBSTANCE: proposed separator has housing with separating grate built in it and provided with funnel-shaped rings mounted at spaced relation; each ring has inner, rear and outer surface with vortex forming edges at point of intersection of two first surfaces. Adjacent rings are connected by means of partition over perimeter of outer surfaces; said partition is provided with vortex cyclone wells with holes and filter elements for forcing-out cleaned components; housing is also provided with outlet branch pipes which are provided with throttle valves for control of hydraulic resistance.
