SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing blank on spring-loaded mandrel and expanding it by means of outer spring-loaded holder with use of cone punch mounted stationary; creating with use of counter-punch pressure acting upon end of blank for forcing out spring-loaded mandrel; expanding blank into cone cavity formed by stationary cone punch and cone portion of spring-loaded holder.
