FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting and transportation machinery and it can be used at loading and unloading operations by crane provided with load-gripping member. Proposed device contains drum on which guy-rope is wound. Ratchet wheel stationary secured on drum engages with spring-loaded pawl. Movable trolley with counter weight and pulley block are also provided. Said drum is arranged on platform hinge-mounted on crane turn-tale. Device is provided with damping member. The latter includes spring and air cylinder providing damping of spring vibrations and swinging of platform. Pawl is hinge-mounted on said platform being rigidly connected with armature of electromagnet placed in control circuit of load lifting mechanism winch.
