FIELD: cranes. SUBSTANCE: device has guy rope wound on drums of two single-drum winches with electromechanical drive mounted on slewing platform and controlled from crane operator's cabin. Winch drums have brakes. Guy rope is divided into two line secured by ends in different points of load gripper. Rope lines, through guide sheaves installed on crane boom, run to drums of different winches and further on, through guide sheaves on boom, to twin pulley block with equalizing sheave placed between guide sheaves on boom and guide sheaves with movable axle secured on movable crab with counterweights. Crab moves along boom or over slewing platform. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of damping. 3 dwg
