FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing concrete used for hydrotechnical objects and hydroinsulation of underground constructions. Method for preparing high-sort water-resistant concrete including stirring cement, sand, gravel, water and bentonite clay as a microaddition involves the use of bentonite clay of 14-th layer of East flank of Tagansky deposit in East Kazakhstan as bentonite clay microaddition with the content of natural mineral montmorillonite 95 rel.% that is prepared early by drying at temperature 160-200 C, crushed to particles size less 0.1 mm and content fraction less 0.074 mm - above 70 rel %, stirred with water and kept for 12 h. Indicated microaddition is added in the amount 0.8-1.5% of cement weight as bentonite-aqueous suspension taken in the ratio = 1:10. Invention provides preparing waterproof concrete of high strength.
