FIELD: chemistry of polymers, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing alkyd oligomers modified with waste of food polymeric packages based on polyethyeleneterephthalate (PETP) using as film-forming agents for covers. Alkyd oligomers are prepared by alcoholysis of PETP waste ground waste of PETP-base food packages with content polyethylene and polypropylene impurities up to 10% and vegetable oily with pentaerythritol in the presence of a catalyst followed by polycondensation with phthalic anhydride. Cadmium or nickel salts of saturated or unsaturated aliphatic monocarboxylic acids with chain length C6-C18 or cadmium, nickel or zinc salts of acylsalicylic acids with chain length of acyl substituent C6-C18 are used as a catalyst taken in the amount 0.1-0.5% of components mass. Alcoholysis is carried out by loading pentaerythritol and PETP waste to heated vegetable oil with catalyst simultaneously. Invention allows utilizing used packages made of PETP, to reduce time of process and energy consumption by temperature reducing. EFFECT: improved preparing method, simplified technology. 1 tbl, 11 ex
