FIELD: dust and noise protective devices. SUBSTANCE: proposed noise-and-dust protective shield is mounted on foundation; it consists of set of acoustic panels forming parallelepipeds whose cavities are filled with sound-absorbing modules; acoustic panels have perforations in their walls directed towards sources of dust and noise. Panels are combined by vertical and horizontal profiles and are provided with vibration dampening retainers made in form of covers and mounted in upper and lower parts. Each sound-absorbing module is made in form of stack of geotextile grate and at least two geotexlile screens laid in succession and at least two geotextile struts with cells of different sizes which are secured over perimeter and field of stack. Shield may be provided with layer of soil laid in cavity of each parallelepiped between sound-absorbing module and acoustic panel without perforations. Seeds of grass and flowers may be placed in soil. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 5 cl, 1 dwg
