FIELD: mining; applicable in formation of fractures in boreholes for separation blocks from solid mass, quarrying of valuable crystalline materials and building stone. SUBSTANCE: device has body and working members in form of rings from flexible material. Rings have through holes parallel to their diameters and to one another. Rings are stringed with their holes on rods installed on body end perpendicular to it. Each subsequent ring contacts previous one. Limiters of ring motion are installed on rods behind the last ring.
