FIELD: balancing facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for self-balancing of rotating masses at dynamic duty within the range of supercritical speeds. Proposed device contains housing with closed cross section ring space accommodating ball counterweights made of plastic material with diameter not exceeding 1/2 of height of ring space outer wall. Device is furnished with activator of initial movement of ball counterweights in from of projection on side wall of ring space, leaving clearance between projections and outer wall of ring space not less than diameter of ball counterweight. EFFECT: elimination of slipping of counterweights at rotor acceleration. 4 dwg
