FIELD: shoe industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves coating halogenated rubber cover plate having projection extending beyond cover plate side surface contour for restricting mold composition liquid phase and activated glue film on side surface of rubber cover plate with polyurethane glue at inner side and inserting in casting mold; activating glue film; placing above cover plate casting shoe, having bulky blank put thereon and comprising top part with tightened stock portion, and stitched-in innersole with foot layer; bringing together die halves of mold and injecting mold polyurethane composition for forming sole; flowing sole to foot layer and simultaneously fastening it to cover plate; removing boot from shoe and cutting-off cover plate projection. Method may be used for manufacture of everyday or special-purpose boots adapted for wearing in reactive gas conditions.
