FIELD: personal care items.
SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing soles of polyurethane compositions includes placing of the rubber lining into the mould injection unit and aligning the pad with the upper part on top; after which the half-matrices of the mould are closed and a polyurethane composition is injected, fixing the sole to the top of the shoe and simultaneously fastening it to the lining; a layer of fleece is placed on the upper surface of the rubber lining in advance and in the process of adding the polyurethane composition the fleece heats until it melts.
EFFECT: increased durability of the lining attachment.
