FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: one should perform corneal incision parallel to limbus at 5.5 mm length. To supporting elements of lenticulus one should tie ligature with two straight needles at their ends. Iris should be sutured in area of middle periphery (6 o'clock area). Ligature's end is withdrawn onto eyeball's surface through additional incision parallel to inferior limbus. Inferior supporting element is introduced into posterior chamber and fixed with interrupted suture. Superior supporting element is fixed to iris analogously at 12 o'clock area and ligature is withdrawn in area of the major operation corneal incision. The present innovation enables to provide stable and correct position of lenticulus in posterior chamber. EFFECT: decreased number of postoperative complications. 2 dwg
