FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves implanting intraocular lens with circular rest member of 9-10 mm total diameter. Inferior pole of the rest member is sutured with transscleral suture in the region of the ciliary sulcus to the interior sclera layers in the radial sclerotomy zone under superficial scleral flap. The superior pole is attached to posterior iris surface with one or two sutures. EFFECT: high stability and reliability in fixing intraocular lens in an eye. 3 dwg
