FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: in early postoperative period one should daily affect biologically active points between 7 and 9 a.m. Impact should be performed with He-Ne laser radiation in contact impulse mode. Then comes impact with low- intensity laser irradiation upon area of postoperative wound or fistula. Boundary acceptable value for such impact corresponds to 300-400 sq. cm, time for impact is not more than 5-10 min. The present innovation stimulates compensation-adaptation processes in patients.
