FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining parameter α being ratio of monospiral nucleic acids quantity to that of doublespiral ones to select the type of treatment depending on the value of this parameter and make correction of the treatment course. The above mentioned relation objectively reflecting the real state of the organism, it can be used as criterion to judge if the selected treatment course is the relevant one. To select the type of treatment using luminescent spectral analysis of blood samples, parameter a is to be calculated. The value being equal to 0.16-0.37 conditional units, operative and/or chemotherapeutic treatment is advisable as one to begin with. If a is equal to 0.022-0.048 conditional units, immunostimulation is advised to apply before or in the process of antitumor treatment to increase the parameter value up to the value of 0.16-0.37 conditional units. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment correction.
