FIELD: repair facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed mobile repair shop has base truck 1 on frame of which van is mounted and also crane-manipulator 3 and detachable body 4 with cells 5. One of cells accommodates load- lifting module consisting of miniature pneumatic balanced manipulator, control device and orientation device. Balanced manipulator consists of three displacement modules furnished with remote controlled initial position locking devices. Gripping device is located at outlet of horizontal displacement module. Horizontal displacement module and module for turning around vertical axis are installed relative to vertical displacement module so that resultant of gravity forces of balanced manipulator, with all displacement modules locked in initial position, is square to axis of horizontal displacement module and intersects axis passing through center of flanges.
