FIELD: excavating machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: earth-cutting machine is intended for mechanization of land reclamation operations and particularly for digging and maintenance of ditches and canals. Installed in holders 2 of working member of earth-cutting machine are hydraulic cylinders 5 which are connected with sides of holders. Hydraulic cylinders are mounted on shaft 1 and have rods 6 which carry weights 7. Rods 6 can move in spaces 4 of holders. Aforesaid embodiment of working member allows for optimization of moment of inertia of working member of earth-cutting machine for its longer service life. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
