SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in spheres of application requiring maintenance of desired temperature in chamber. particularly, in process of hatching of eggs by artificial heat, control of temperature of air flows and bringing the temperature to required value when supplying air into chamber by first device for preliminary heating or cooling. Air flow is directed along product in chamber. Heating or cooling of flow is eliminated passing it through second heating or cooling device. Air flow is directed along product in chamber behind said second device. At least one partition is installed between end face walls in chamber. Second heating or cooling device is arranged in said partition. End face walls and partition are made permeable for air flow.
