SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of breeding of poultry. The eggs of the first 3-5 clutches of young hens under 28 weeks are collected, the collected eggs are maintained in the incubator with the simultaneous appearance of hatched chicks from them, the hatched chicks are placed in the cages of 10-500 chicks immediately after their hatching from the eggs. The cages are arranged in stacks in the incubation chamber, and the food and drink is given into every cage. The temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration and the flow rate of air in the incubation chamber is adjusted. The temperature in the incubation chamber is set about 1-3°C above the temperature set for the chicks that hatch from the normal eggs. According to the method of growing poultry, the chicks are placed directly after their hatching from eggs in the cages of 10-500 chicks, the cages are arranged in stacks in the incubation chamber, and the food and drink is given into every cage in the incubation chamber. The temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration and the flow rate of air in the incubation chamber is adjusted, and the chicks are maintained to 4-10 days after hatching from eggs. The chickens are displaced from the incubation chamber in a room for broiler chickens.
