FIELD: military equipment, applicable in machine-gun and artillery mountings, in which the bore-sighting gauge is used at matching of the weapon with the sighting system. SUBSTANCE: the device is made in the form of girders of a variable section, whose expanding ends are smoothly conjugated, flexible strain member located between the contracting ends of the girders and providing a tight pressing of the device to the barrel or barrel casing, and a centering stop. In the point of conjugation of the girders provision is made for a hole for the bore-sighting gauge. Mounted on the contracting ends of the girders are platforms engageable with the barrel or barrel casing. One end of the flexible strain member is freely fixed on the platform, and the other end has a catch engageable with the other platform forming a lock. The centering stop made for the hole for the bore- sighting gauge and coaxially with it is engageable with the respective groove on the barrel or barrel casing. EFFECT: enhanced safety and convenience of use of the artillery mounting when matching the weapon with the sighting system. 1 dwg
