FIELD: testing equipment. SUBSTANCE: proposed facility includes clamping rings to fix tested material, rod-indenter with units to load and measure movements of indenter. Upper clamping ring is immobile and indenter is equipped with leverage loading through mobile bushing with dog which tooth enters cut-out of indenter. Dog is hinged on one side to bushing and on the other side to tie-rod which helps dog to turn and to release momentarily indenter. Unit measuring movement of indenter is coupled to electronic unit converting linear movement to digital signals sent into computer. Lower clamping ring can carry extension with two protrusions arranged radially against which specimen-narrow band of tested material leans along selected direction. Besides this lower clamping ring can be closed by flat bearing plate and indenter end can carry round extension with flat pressure surface uniaxial with it. EFFECT: high accuracy of determination of entire complex of relaxation indices of elastic, tenacious and plastic properties of tested materials without their destruction. 2 cl, 6 dwg
