FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: abrasion of epitheliocytes is carried out from internal buccal surface. Smear is prepared followed by calculating average quantity of adhesive bacterial cells upon one epitheliocyte. Saliva is sampled to determine the rate of salivation and evaluate phagocytic activity of leukocytes by the ratio of stimulated nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) test to spontaneous one. Abrasion is carried out from buccal mucosa to determine electromobility of epitheliocytes' nuclei. Additionally, abrasions are made from buccal and palatine mucosa and lateral surface of tongue to be dyed and microscoped followed by detection of cellular differentiation index and keratinization index. Morphofunctional index of mouth cavity mucosa (MFIMCM) is determined in points. At MFIMCM = 7-6 the state of mouth cavity mucosa (MCM) is evaluated to be good, at MFIMCM = 5-3 - satisfactory, at MFIMCM = 2-0 - critical. EFFECT: higher efficiency of evaluation. 3 ex, 4 tbl
