SPACING CLOTHING OF PROTECTIVE SUIT Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: manufacture of protective clothing. SUBSTANCE: spacing clothing is adapted for placing between suit for isolating sucking and biting insects from penetration therethrough and user's body, and serves as spacer system for spacing outer surface of isolating clothing from user's body by distance inaccessible for insect's beak or stinger. Spacing clothing is made from net-like material having forming threads making said spacers. Forming threads of net-like material are ribbons of thickness substantially smaller than their width. Ribbons are deformed to form loops, knots, twisted portions, flexures and other members of net-like material, that are positioned with their width disposed between user's body and isolating clothing, namely, perpendicular thereto or in position close to perpendicular position, for constructing said spacer system and imparting light weight and flexibility to clothing. Spacing clothing may be further employed for protecting from unfavorable weather conditions when used in combination with isolating clothing of moisture-impermeable material.
