SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to agriculture. The method to cover beehives against unfavourable weather conditions consists in the fact that only external vertical sides of the body are wrapped with film, or jointly several bodies of the beehive are wrapped with film, which does not have any smell and does not let water and light through. During this wrapping through vertical passages are formed between the body or bodies of the beehive and the film, upper outputs from these passages are placed under the beehive roof or under any other shelter from precipitation. The invention also discloses application of black and white film for the specified method.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides for prolonged life resource of bees, protects them against unfavourable weather conditions, ensures improved thermal mode in the beehive in cold or hot time of the year, helps to increase service life of the beehive, prevents loss of bees.
