SUBSTANCE: device includes vertically rotating hollow reactor, circular air duct in form of hollow box containing suction air duct whose inlet nozzle is located under conveyor, pressure air duct, fan. Hollow box has cylindrical slotted nozzle whose outlet face is parallel to conveyor plane inlet nozzle of suction air duct is made in form of rectangular slotted nozzle. Diameter of cylindrical slotted nozzle of circular hollow box and length of rectangular slotted nozzle of suction air duct are equal to width of conveyor.
