SELF-PROPELLED DRILLING RIG Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry; designed for drilling of deep wells on continent and shelves. SUBSTANCE: running gear of self-propelled drilling rig is made in form of four block-modules of hydraulic propellers located in parallel in longitudinal stiffening ribs of platform, turning device located at middle of one of stiffening ribs. Rotary table is made with hinge ring for its rotation by means of four gear flywheels hinged with two-sided rods of power hydraulic cylinders hinged with two-sided rods of power hydraulic cylinders hinged to platform. Vertically installed in center of platform above rotor are parallel and overturned telescopic hydraulic hoists interconnected by means of beam to which swivel is attached. Secured to hoist side plane is cantilever beam to which hydraulic crane telescopic boom is fastened through turntable. Telescopic boom has, on its end, stationary drilling tongs, in whose action zone, pipe setback is installed. EFFECT: higher labor productivity and cross-country capability of self-propelled drilling rig. 8 dwg
