FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to water transport. The self propelled barge consists of a case, of a universal crane containing a control unit with a drive, of a pump-regulating aggregate connected with hydraulic units via a pipeline, of a slewing ring, of a hydraulic telescopic pole connected with the slewing ring by means of a hinge, of a hydraulic telescopic boom coupled with the pole by means of the joint and mechanism of transfer, and of an additional swinging circle connected to the boom by means of the joint and mechanism of transfer. Additionally the barge consists of a compressor, and of a control unit with a drive. The pump-regulating aggregate is connected with a group of pneumatic cylinders via a pipeline; the pneumatic cylinders are positioned in a bilge of a barge stem. Ends of rods of the pneumatic cylinders are equipped with restrictors of motion of a paddle device and with an opening for its fastening on a core. The paddle devices are hinged with restrictors. The paddle devices correspond to flaps with an aperture in the middle wherein there are inserted fasteners to connect the core with the rod of the pneumatic cylinder.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption and raised efficiency of cargo transportation; implementation at construction of berths, bridges, viaducts, and for cleaning bottoms of rivers and water basins.
