FIELD: well development and operation of multihorizon deposits of hydrocarbons. SUBSTANCE: method includes prospecting of productive formations, their drilling, research, separation, perforation, lowering of well unit on pipe string, development and operation. Varied and/or determined for each productive formation is its geological and field characteristics, and technical parameters and field characteristics, and technical parameters corresponding to productive formation section are selected. Operating conditions of well and productive formation are researched and regulated by varying productive formation geological and field characteristics and/or technical parameters corresponding to it or to some other facilities of operating sections and/or technical and technological parameters of well unit. This process is repeated until attaining optimal regime ensuring maximum recovery of hydrocarbons. Well unit consists of pipe string with one or several packers. It is provided with sections located above and/or under packer. Sections technical parameters depend on geological and field characteristics corresponding to their productive formations. Each section includes, at least, one well chamber and/or one nipple accommodating valve for flow regulation. In this case, at least, one or several packers from atop are provided with pipe string disconnector or/and telescopic joint. EFFECT: higher profitability of development of oil-gas multihorizon deposit due to efficient use of productive formations tapped by well and optimization of well unit parameters. 25 cl, 8 dwg, 1 tbl
