ELECTROHYDRAULIC DRIVE Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2211376 C1

FIELD: electrohydraulic servo drives in systems controlling drives of inertial and static loads. SUBSTANCE: drive has remote- control adjustable pump incorporating negative feedback circuit responding to position of regulating element (cradle), control unit, negative feedback sensor responding to output-section angle, power- independent output-section speed sensor, and pump drive mechanism operating independently of control-unit power supply mains. Adjustable pump is hydraulically joined with hydraulic motor which is kinematically coupled with hydraulic-drive output section. Hydraulic time relay is disposed between cut-off and electrically controlled hydraulic distributors of discharging device. Control unit is connected to pump cradle angle sensor, hydraulic-drive output-section angle sensor, and electric input of drive. Additional power supply and control unit have common power circuit. This power supply is coupled with power amplifier incorporated in control unit. Power amplifier is electrically connected to electrohydraulic control mechanism and negative-feedback speed signal shaper electrically connected to nonvolatile sensor of hydraulic-drive output section. Power-controlled hydraulic distributor of discharging device and control unit have common power circuits. EFFECT: improved performance characteristics due to reduced shutdown time of output section during emergency disconnection of control unit supply mains. 1 cl, 1 dwg
