FIELD: public utilities and branches of industry where boiler plants burning liquid fuel operate. SUBSTANCE: facility preparing liquid fuel for combustion has heat exchanger of type " tube in tube " fitted with branch pipes for inlet and outlet of liquid fuel located in cylindrical body with clearance relative to its internal surface. Body is equipped with branch pipes to feed and drain heat transfer agent. Spiral of internal pipe is made of material showing linear expansion coefficient greater than that of pipes. Spiral itself borders on internal surface of external pipe with minimal clearance. In compliance with invention atomizer ( homogenizing head ) is mounted in butt of external pipe, first rib of spiral from atomizer is installed perpendicular to axis of atomizer and has clearance at bottom ( with reference to internal surface of external pipe ) greater than other ribs. Last rib includes window in its upper par. EFFECT: provision for heating of liquid fuel and fuel homogenization in process of its heating. 1 dwg
