SUBSTANCE: apparatus has receiving chamber comprising upper and lower sections isolated from one another by partition wall with axial opening. Supplying and discharge milk lines are joined by connecting air pipeline,. Float is positioned in lower section. Nozzle opening is formed in upper part of cylindrical wall of lower section. Casing is mounted on discharge milk line between receiving chamber and connecting air pipeline. Dosing rotor is positioned in casing so that discharge milk line is extending through lower part of casing cylindrical chamber, where dosing rotor is located. Counting mechanism is positioned in central part of cylindrical chamber and connected to control unit. Cylindrical slot in float positioned in lower section is adapted for receiving upright guiding tube arranged in axially aligned relation with respect to casing and fixed in lower end wall of receiving chamber. Valve at lower end of guiding tube is adapted for communicating upper internal space of lower section of receiving chamber with atmosphere. Said valve is electrically connected with control unit.
