FIELD: working metals by cutting, builtup cutting tools. SUBSTANCE: cutting tool includes body having seat restricted by supporting surface and by surface of reactive force. At least one cutting tip is mounted in said seat by means of clamping attachment. In order to accurately regulate position of cutting tip and to lower number of parts cutting tool is provided with eccentric pin whose movable stop is eccentrically arranged on supporting portion in parallel relative to its rotation axis. Movable stop engages with groove of cutting tip; width of said groove practically corresponds to diameter of movable stop. Supporting portion is mounted with possibility of rotation by means of outer drive unit in tool body opening crossing supporting surface and(or) reactive-force surface of seat. Supporting surface of tool body designed for placing clamping attachment and supporting surface of seat for cutting tip are mutually inclined by angle exceeding self-braking angle and open to side of reactive-force surface.
