FIELD: aircraft industry; flying vehicles of dynamic air cushion. SUBSTANCE: proposed Wing-in-ground-effect craft contains hull made of convex sections arranged in low-aspect ground-effect wing. Said low-aspect ratio wing consists of ring carrying plates in form of upper and lower decks limiting right-hand and left-hand freight compartment and connecting sections into common unit. Turbojet supercharging plants and pitch controls are installed on front and rear end faces of lower deck. Lower deck rests on displacement skegs-floats arranged along longitudinal axis of each section hull. Each skeg-float is made up of foldable inflatable elastic pneumatic chambers arranged in tandem. Coaxial modules of retractable wheeled landing gear mounted on sections of hull are arranged between pneumatic chambers. Fore and aft high-aspect ratio wings are made up of symmetrical right-hand and left-hand modules with flaps, root extensions, auxiliary floats and turbojet engines. Vertical keels with rudders are installed symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of central section of hull respectively on fore high aspect ratio lifting wing and aft parts of side sections of hull. Axes of propulsion of fore high-aspect ratio lifting wing are displaced downwards relative to axes of aft high-aspect ratio lifting wing propulsion engines. Invention makes it possible to create sea wing-in-ground-effect craft with flight altitude of 25-40 m above sea or ocean level at reduction of cost of building and increased reliability and safety in operation.
