FIELD: aircraft industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed wing-in-ground-effect craft-amphibia on air cushion contains high-aspect ratio lifting wing in form of right-hand and left-hand modules with flaps, auxiliary floats and propulsion engines. Hull is made up of convex sections united into common unit and forming ground-effect wing and upper and lower rigid carrying plates limiting freight compartment. Said plates are made in form of upper convex envelope and lower deck, respectively. Lower deck rests on skegs- floats in form of tandem-mounted foldable inflatable elastic pneumatic chambers arranged along longitudinal axes of convex sections of hull. Horizontal module with pitch controls is made up of fore and aft parts turnable in vertical planes. Turbojet plants for blowing off boundary layer from upper surface of low-aspect ratio ground effect wing are mounted on fore part of horizontal module. Auxiliary propulsion turbojet plants are mounted on aft part of horizontal module. Vertical keels with rudders are installed in tandem on force and aft parts of horizontal module symmetrically relative to their longitudinal axis. Invention makes it possible to create wing-in-ground craft with flight altitude of 25-40 m above sea or ocean level at reduction of cost of building and increased reliability and safety in operation.
