FIELD: materials handling and transportation devices. SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to devices, particularly, to gear wheel for displacing preformed blanks or containers, each provided with flanged ring or branch pipe. Preformed blanks or containers are installed so that they can be held by flange when wheel rotates between feed zone or section and let out zone or section provided close to periphery of said wheel. Wheel has great number of peripheral teeth which are independent and installed for rotation on axle and displacing performed blanks or containers in process of rotation of wheel. Each tooth is installed for rotation in direction opposite to direction of rotation of wheel and for releasing performed blank or container if resistance to displacement exceeds force of elastic return device designed for shifting said tooth in position of displacement.
