FIELD: heat-resistant turbine manufacture. SUBSTANCE: turbine designed for operation at high temperatures usually exceeding 1000 C has several blades arranged between two flanges. Root of each blade is joined with hub. The latter is formed by flat circular plates assembled in stack and rigidly fixed together to prevent their relative rotary motion about turbine axis. Blades, hub, and flanges are made of heat- resistant composite structural material. Each blade is made individually by molding two-dimensional fibrous structure in the form of plates to obtain pre-molded blank followed by packing this composite material with aid of die and mechanical treatment. Each flange is manufactured from pre-molded circular blank made of two- dimensional fibrous structure plate followed by packing this composite material with aid of die. In this way, turbines of diameter much greater than 1 m can be manufactured. EFFECT: provision for manufacturing large-diameter turbines. 12 cl, 4 dwg
