FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Surgical apparatus suturing with staples for application with disposable loading module in different versions of realisation contains unit of elongated case. Unit of elongated case contains distal segment of case and proximal segment of case. Segments of case are connected to each other with possibility of functioning by means of intermediate hinged-turning joint in such a way, that proximal segment of case and distal segment of case specify longitudinal axis. Intermediate hinged-turning joint can be made with possibility of facilitation of hinged turning of distal segment of case around intermediate axis of hinged turning, which is fact transverse to longitudinal axis. Unit of elongated case can be made with possibility of transmission of hinged-turning movements from drive rod, placed in handle unit, to disposable loading module. In different versions of realisation intermediate hinged-turning joint can be located near handle unit.
EFFECT: apparatus has possibility of improved hinged turning.
