Method involves mixing melted bitumen of sorts BND with butadiene-styrene thermoelastoplastic with linear, star-like or dendrites structure charged with mixture of ionol and phosphite NF with ortho-phosphoric acid, technical carbon and polymeric adhesion additives that are polymers of the following structure: polystyrene or polybutadiene, or polystyrene-polyisoprene with the total molecular mass 2 000-60 000 Da and terminal polar functional groups taken among: being the composition contains the following ratio of components, wt. -%: oil, 14-26; thermoelastoplastic, 2.5-4.5; polymeric adhesion additive, 0.5-2.5; stabilizing agent, 0.025- 0.045; ortho-phosphoric acid, 0.01-0.2; technical carbon, 0.1-3; bitumen, the balance.
