FIELD: oil-gas producing industry; applicable in mechanized recovery of fluid media from deep wells with use of electric centrifugal pumps and gas lift in one assembly of downhole equipment especially under conditions of falling pressure and well water encroachment. SUBSTANCE: method includes use in downhole equipment one assembly of electric centrifugal submersible pump and gas lift provided with device for gas injection, for instance, gas lift valve. It is installed at rated depth. For gas injection, use is made, at least, of two devices, for instance, gas lift valves. Upper of said gas lift valves is installed of maximum depth. Each next gas lift valve is installed at depth at which reduction of dynamic level in tubing below that of previous valve is excluded. Upper gas lift valve is always open for intake of associated petroleum gas from annular space. Subsequent gas lift valves may be opened at approaching the maximum capacity of electrical centrifugal pump at its minimal head. EFFECT: increased efficiency of method due to reduction of energy expenditures for fluid lifting owing to utilization of useful work of associated petroleum gas. 2 dwg
