FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: according to invention, wind motor contains vertical shaft and blades connected to shaft and arranged in pairs in relatively perpendicularly planes. Shaft is made in form of turnable tube with conical rollers secured from bottom and fitted on tube of smaller diameter whose lower end is dipped into base ground. Turnable tube rests with its rollers on ring enclosing smaller diameter tube, and blades located at different heights are made in form of frames with valves being essentially plates with rods hinge-secured to frames. EFFECT: reduced weight of structure, increased efficient of wind motor. 2 dwg
