Voting subject enters mark of choice in specified form of visual picture of electron ballot-paper on sensor screen of computer in field related to object in whose favor choice was made. In this case computer forms record of made choice and erases code from identification aid which is returned to voting commission. Formed picture of electron ballot-paper voting subject outputs to paper which is dropped into sealed ballot box. EFFECT: increased reliability and authenticity of electoral process.
