METHOD FOR SECRET BALLOT Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: method for ballot by voting-papers at conducting of elections, interrogatories or referendums. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in receipt by the voter of a voting paper, separation of its part with subsequent placement of the mentioned part in a ballot-box and a pole. Before and after separation of the mentioned part of the voting-paper filling-in of it is accomplished including conferment of one and the same individual anonymous code to each part of the voting paper. Promulgation of the results of voting includes promulgation of the mentioned codes of the voting papers, which may be made in the form of a combination of decimal digits, or letters, or strokes, or symbols. Every voter can check the correctness of registration of his vote at the poll at the electorate district, region, country on the whole without violation of the principle of anonymity.
