SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, identification and registration of voter is performed, electronic identification means is dispensed, containing unique identification codes, aforementioned identification means is inserted into voting device, voting program is activated, control check procedure is performed, on negative result of check, voting refusal message is generated, on positive result, selection is performed on image of electronic bulletin on sensor screen of monitor, voting result is recorded and authenticated with electronic digital signature, unique code is erased from aforementioned identification means and it is returned to commission, final protocol is formed, which is authenticated by electronic digital signature.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities, increased reliability.
