FIELD: food engineering. SUBSTANCE: solar drier has vertical chamber with heat-insulating walls, base, and perforated bottom, cover with suction pipe, solar heater, and additional solar air heaters. Each of additional solar air heaters is made in the form of heating chamber with inflow channel arranged in outer wall. Helical channels are formed on inner lower surface of solar heater. Wall lower inner surface of each additional heater is provided with channels made in the form of concentric circles. Drier of such construction allows vegetable products, such as grape or fruits to be dried. EFFECT: improved heating quality and increased efficiency of solar drier. 4 dwg
