FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: universal self-contained dryer (USCD) relates to renewable power sources intended for drying of: agricultural products, military clothes and shoes, various dyed parts, wood parts, etc. USCD can be used self-contained electric power generator for household consumers operating on the principle of solar power conversion into electric power. Dryer comprises quadrilateral exhaust dryer tower with inner surface coated with light-reflection film. It includes gauze chute arranged to make the spacing between said chute and tower wall equal to at least 0.25 of said gauze chute. It incorporates UV LED lamps, storage batteries, confuser-diffuser and quadrilateral pyramidal cover. Three solar hot air generators made from translucent one-piece polycarbonate are fitted at quadrilateral exhaust dryer tower outlet. Said generators have oval covers with cut-outs at their top part connected with three sides of said quadrilateral exhaust dryer tower. Heat accumulation containers are filled with fine aluminium chips. Rear and lateral walls of said containers are made from cellular polycarbonate, their surface facing said fine aluminium ships and being coated with light reflection foil. Their outer surfaces are painted with heat-insulating dye. Heat absorbing 5 mm thick sheets are made of cellular polycarbonate, their outer surface being coated with high-selectivity dye, and arranged at hot air generator base. Hot airflow conical swirler and tandem photoelectric modules located at outer surface of quadrilateral exhaust dryer tower are communicated with hot air generator semi-confusers. Electric air heaters are arranged at tower bottom between outlets of semi-confusers. Besides, it incorporates control board, regulating relay of storage batteries, ON/OFF buttons and heated door.

EFFECT: all-the-year-round high-quality drying and electric power production.
