FIELD: medicine, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: invention is designated for application in treatment live organisms in intestine invasions of cryptosporidiosis etiology. Method of investigation of therapeutic agents in modeling cryptosporidiosis in live organisms, for example mice, involves infection of animals with cocysts of cryptosporidia as a single dose as measured 165 000 195 000 per a head and the following oral treatment with coccydiostatics and/or cephalosporins in the dose 0.008-1.0 ml for 5 days. Then animals are killed on 11-22 day followed by evaluation of pathohistological alternations in intestine and conclusion about recovery of intestine structure. Method allows preparing significant therapeutic effect that involves approach of this model to live organisms and clinical course of disease in humans and animals being without large cost for keeping laboratory animals. Invention can be used for assay of effect of different preparations on cocysts of cryptosporidia. EFFECT: improved research method. 3 ex
