FIELD: brewing and alcoholic beverage industry, in particular, malt production equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical housing 1 with conical bottom 2 and hermetically sealed closure 3 with charging shafts 4. Cylindrical mesh strainer 5 is mounted in housing at water flooding level. Valve 6 located inside strainer 5 is connected via pipeline 7 extending through hermetically sealed closure 3 to centrifugal pump 8. Ozonizer 9 is connected through pipeline 10 to ejector-mixer 11, whose outlet branch pipe is joined through pipeline 12 to nozzle assembly 13 rigidly attached to housing bottom, with nozzle end being directed upward. Diffuser 14 of pipe 15 of hydraulic lift is positioned above working nozzle of nozzle assembly. Centrifugal pump 8 is connected through pipeline 16 to ejector-mixer 11. Pipe 15 of hydraulic lift is rigidly attached to housing wall by means of guides 17. Ventilation system 18 is mounted on hermetically sealed closure 3 of housing 1 for ventilating space above water level. Mechanism 19 for grain discharge, water supplying and water discharge is positioned in conical bottom 2 of casing 1. Discharge window 20 for floating grain material is disposed on housing 1. Illuminators 21 are disposed on hermetically sealed closure 3 of housing 1. Apparatus of such construction provides for intensified malt growing process.
